10 août Marina Did some Parkour today (also known as freerunning, PK, the freerun or l'art du deplacement for or you dumbasses out there
 ) down the marina, was well good, Jamie managed to fall from a railing by the hospital on to concrete luckily his face broke his fall
 but hes ok! Did some well good vaults and got some funky ass videos and pictures on my shiny new camera  . Check out the photos in suprise suprise.... my photos lol!, That is all,
